- Review the Bid Calendar to find out when the contract category will go to bid.
- Click on the “Request RFP” link in the Bid Calendar and express your interest in participating.
- Complete the Ariba Registration Process (described below).

Intalere has improved the Ariba Registration Process, which automates our sourcing and contract lifecycle, to make it easier for our suppliers. This is part of our ongoing effort to enhance contracting and sourcing processes and deliver efficiencies to our members. Our suppliers can participate in our sourcing and contracting events and activities at no cost.

What is Innovative Technology?
Intalere defines innovative technology as a product or service that is unique in the marketplace and/or different to existing products on contract. These products likely may not be on the Bid Calendar.
Each May at Intalere’s annual member conference, Elevate, our Innovative Technology Tradeshow provides suppliers the opportunity to exhibit their innovative product/service to Intalere staff and members.

Your information will be reviewed by an evaluation panel to determine if your product/service meets the criteria for the program. Intalere reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether a product/service is new and innovative.

We have a process in place for any supplier who believes they have a grievance concerning their experience with the Intalere Contracting Process. In addition, we have the Intalere Compliance Hotline if you have a concern regarding ethical behavior at Intalere.
